Urban One Builders, based in Vancouver, Canada, have put an emphasis on adopting digital technologies and smart ways of planning projects since their conception in 2011. As an early adopter of the cmBuilder platform, Urban One uses 4D site logistics simulations to take their planning to another level, incorporating project BIM models, modeling of temporary resources and linking to key milestone dates for a dynamic "flipbook" of the proposed construction sequence.

On this project in Richmond, Canada, Project Director Daniel Visintin used cmBuilder to build out a detailed simulation of this massive, multi-year project. By sharing live links with trades and other projects stakeholders, Daniel was able to get immediate feedback from the team on the plan and how they can improve it, in an effort to drive schedule reductions and improved collaboration with the whole team.
